This is me
My name is Hajar Faek-Schwieters. I was raised by a Moroccan mother and a Lebanese father in Germany, thats how I became an interculturalist almost by nature. These three cultures embraced and shaped my identity — and made me continuously reflect on why culture matters.
With this passion, I began my journey into intercultural work, building on a background in IT and a strong belief that combining both fields can make a real difference. It’s about helping people understand each other and work better together.
